It ISN’T every day when a Taco Tuesday falls on Cinco de Mayo and a Mexicano Cerveza is associated with a virus!5-5_Taco Tuesday_CV_403v1i

So…today is that kinda day! I don’t drink Corona and I don’t care to acquire a Corona Virus either. Duh, particularly as I’m labeled at higher risk by our CDC for gender (male) and age (65+).  But wait…

Today IS a #GivingTuesday, and I will.

Today is #TeacherAppreciationDay and I truly do!

This [hopefully] merry month of May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month – both topics are near and dear to my body and soul.

And tomorrow starts National Nurses Week. I’m blessed to claim two sisters as medical first responders, and acutely grateful in these challenging times.

#Gratitude!
