About Dave Frost
On any day which ends in a “y” Koach Dave Frost can be found training others, teaching learners of all ages, moving to sweat, or doing charitable work for both wounded warriors and under-served youth.
For his R&R, Dave enjoys the Vitamin D offered by Southern California weather while rowing competitively or trail-hiking, serving as Grandpa Frosty, or sharing sea stories with his service pals and US Naval Academy alumni.
He also writes academic papers about 21st-century workplaces and knowledge workers as those most valuable players.
Koach Dave wrote KABOOMER: Thriving and Striving into your 90s for a serious and committed subset of Baby Boomers, keying on his personal experiences and professional expertise. He is a Master Fitness Trainer, an award-winning adjunct professor, a proud grandfather, a world-ranked oarsman, and a communications expert. Many moons ago, he was an Eagle Scout, a 5-gallon Blood Donor, an Outstanding College Athlete of America (1975), and a decorated naval officer in Cold War days.
Yes, he is a mid-cycle baby boomer. But more, he chooses to do those “little bits extra” to better his chances to party past 90. This book is his “talk the walk” almanac to help many others on their own journeys past Medicare age.

Co-engineer fitness and wellness programs with me for your organization or business! I generate formal performance reports and private trending of clients’ physical aptitude and body measures.
Tailored tactical, operational, or strategic wellness projects will help promote employees’ regular health, fitness, and wellness habits – and ultimately increase productivity with lower health care needs and costs of knowledge workers.
1. In-person one-hour Training session (for 1 or 2 clients)
Your full hour training session is tailored to your fitness and performance goals in strength, stability, stamina, and stretching for stamininety. a. If you travel to my main gym, a 10% discount is applied. b. If you are a San Diego County resident, the flat hourly rate may be adjusted if your Koach must drive more than 15 miles from Headquarters (Zip Code 92127). This applies to in-home training and out-of-doors training in a public space (after CoVid-19). Major CREDIT CARD, Venmo, check and cash payments are gladly accepted, too.
2. Group Training Sessions for 1 hour (3 or more clients)
Koach Dave will lead your small group in a bespoke hourlong training session for your small group. This group pricing pertains to both: a. In-person, and b. Online sessions. Just add an extra person fee of $5.00, and specify this intent to Koach Dave.
3. Your on-line hour of strength, stamina, stretching and stability training (1 or 2 clients)
Get ready for your live online personal training in the convenience of your home – without travel hassles. Your bespoke agreement includes weekly text/telephone/email support – all tuned and tailored to you. Contact Dave to discuss if possible discounts (Military Veterans, Seniors, special adaptation…) apply. A smartphone, tablet or laptop with a screen is will serve our chosen ZOOM application. Your full hour training session is tailored to your fitness and performance goals in strength, stability, stamina, and stretching for stamininety. Major CREDIT CARD, Venmo, check and cash payments are gladly accepted, too. While Koach Dave is based in the pacific time zone, he holds online sessions at convenient times for you!
4. Organizational Fitness and Wellness Projects
With a mutually-signed performance requirements charter and contract in hand, Well Past Forty will develop, conduct, and formally report on all workplace and worker events. Performance metrics will be delivered as plausible gauges of worker wellness and workplace productivity. Well Past Forty will become a formal vendor, per company guidelines as needed, to support the business transactions for services. Specific terms and conditions for each tailored organizational project are different. Thus, no pricing details are published herein.
